The invention relates to a combined load-bearing plate arrangement comprising a lower flange plate 5 of reinforced concrete and an upper flange plate 6 of reinforced concrete and rigid inserts 100 between these. The inserts are hollow, bevelled boxes 1, 2, the side walls of which consist of steel plating and have openings 8, 9. All the side walls of the box have a ]-shape in a section perpendicular to the flange plane, the width P1 of the upper flanges 16 and lower flanges 15 being a maximum of 15 per cent of the length T1, T2 of the side walls. The length L2, L1 of each of the upper flange plate and the lower flange plate corresponds to at least two combined lengths T1+T2 or T1+T1 or T2+T2 of the side walls of the boxes and the width W1, W2 corresponds to a minimum of one length T1 or T2 of the side walls of the boxes.
