FIELD: building industry, more particularly coating of porous materials such as concrete, brick, tile and ceramics. SUBSTANCE: sealant comprises three components functionally bonded together in 70:0:42: balance, ratio. First component comprises wt %: portland cement 40-60; calcined siliceous component of sand having fraction of less than 319 mcm, second component comprises, wt %: calcium nitrate, 14-16; sodium sulfate, 34; sodium carbonate, 14-16: sodium nitrate 22: unslaked lime, 5.5; and calcium metasilicate, the balance. Third component water with general hardness index of not greater than 6 mg.equiv/h, the balance. Sealant is applied onto porous surface or is introduced internally.
