摘要

FIELD: instruments for measurement and testing of vibration accelerations of equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, which has base and cap. Base carries sensitive member, which is designed as monolithic multilayer capacitor of piezoelectric plates with electrodes and commutation lines, each of which is connected to electrode of same polarity. Piezoelectric plates on side of one of electrode surfaces have metal-coated chord windings, which are impregnated with commutation lines. This results in possibility to increase charge converting efficiency rate due to decreased specific cross conversion rate. EFFECT: increased precision of measurement of vibration parameters in wide range of temperatures, static and dynamic loads. 2 dwg
