PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a working efficiency when changing a cutter teeth in response to the ground as a target of excavation. SOLUTION: A teeth holder 10 is fixed to a blade 22 projected and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of a rotation drum 16. An attaching hole 26 with a circular cross section is formed as a through-hole around a holder center shaft C in the main body 10a of the holder 10. The cutter teeth 18 for hard rock excavation and ordinary ground layer excavation are constituted with a cutter main body provided at the tip side and an insertion portion provided as one united body at the rear side of this cutter, and the insertion portion is formed to a circular cross section of the same shape having an outer diameter that can be inserted to the mounting hole 26 of the teeth holder 10.
