PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, and decrease labor for attaching by controlling posture of a magnet by attaching a cushion body on a tip end part of a piston rod of a damper body, and by fixing the magnet on the cushion body to form into a single part. SOLUTION: A cylindrical cushion body 33 that consists of a rubbery elastic body is attached on a tip end part of a piston rod 32 of an air damper body 30. A magnet 34 is arranged on an inside of a tip end part of the cushion body 33, and the damper body 30 and the magnet 34 are constituted as a single part. The cushion body 33 is integratedly formed of a circularly reinforcing piece 35 and a cushion main body 36. A plurality of projecting parts 39 are arranged on a part opposed to the tip end part of the piston rod 32 of the cushion main body 33 at even angles. The piston rod 32 is attached on the cushion body 33 by slightly abutting the tip end part of a projecting part 39 on the tip end part of the piston rod 32, so that the posture of the cushion body 33 in a freedom state can be properly restricted.
