PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint tool for a floor member which is excellent in workability, efficiency, and an economical viewpoint. SOLUTION: This joint tool with a cross section for a floor member is used between respective connection ends of floor members 24 to be laid and another floor member 24, when the longitudinal ends of the floor member 24 to be laid can not be put on joists. The joint tool is provided with one lateral projection which is protruded sideways from a cruciform intersection and inserted in a fitting groove 11 formed at side face of the floor member, the other lateral projection which is reversely protruded and inserted in a fitting groove 11 of the other floor member 24 adjoining the floor member 24, an upper projection which is protruded upward from the intersection and positioned lower than the surfaces of both floor members 24 at the upper end, and a lower projection which is protruded downward from the intersection through the gap between both floor members and stuck lower than the rear faces of both floor members 24 at the lower end.
