PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply form a mounting level, where weight holding power for installing a structure on a sill is high. SOLUTION: A sill-side member 2 and a structure-side member 3 are screwed and fitted by mounting a screw section 3a formed to the outer circumferential surface of the structure-side member 3 to a tapped hole 2a formed to the sill-side member 2 in a bottomed shape. The upper end of the structure-side member 3 is conformed to the mounting level of a predetermined reference by rotating the structure-side member 3 under the state, in which the sill-side member 2 is fixed onto a sill 4. Mortar 5 is poured from the bottom plate section 2a of the sill-side member 2 to the upper end of the structure-side member 3 from a through-hole 3b formed to the structure-side member 3. Mortar 5 is brought to the state, in which mortar is covered with a shell comprising the sill-side member 2 and the structure-side member 3 and being made of a metal, and to the state, in which the internal spaces of the sill-side member 2 and the structure-side member 3 are buried with mortar 5, by solidifying mortar 5.
