摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant underwater structure, in which load working to the underwater structure in case of an earthquake can be reduced by displacing the phase of inertial force working to the underwater structure in case of the earthquake and the phase of dynamic water pressure. SOLUTION: In the underwater structure 30 having a submerged section in at least a part, phase-difference imparting means 31 mutually displacing the phase of inertial force in case of an earthquake working to the underwater structure in case of the earthquake and the phase of dynamic water pressure in case of the earthquake working to the underwater structure in case of the earthquake and comprising pressure-receiving plates 33A, springs 32 or the like are installed to a part or the whole on the water side of the submerged section of the underwater structure. Accordingly, when the natural period of the pressure-receiving plates 33A containing added weight by dynamic water pressure is adjusted and the vibrations of the pressure-receiving plates 33A and the vibrations of the underwater structure 30 are adjusted in mutually opposite phase, the underwater structure 30 and the pressure-receiving plates 33A are vibrated in opposite phase, and dynamic water pressure can be worked in the direction that the vibrations of the underwater structure 30 are stopped.
