PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of an insert, in which the insert can be installed at an accurate place and a supporting member can be removed surely. SOLUTION: The insert 1 as a hollow cylindrical body is mounted at one end of a supporting cylinder 2 as the hollow cylindrical body or the cylindrical body, into which a fixing bolt is buried. A rotational transmission section 4 is set up at the other end of the supporting cylinder 2 at that time. A pedestal 5 is fitted separably onto the outer circumference of the rotational transmission section 4. The supporting cylinder 2 is attached onto forms 3 by a bolt screwed into the supporting cylinder 2 under the state, in which the pedestal 5 is brought into contact with a surface on the concrete side of the forms 3.
