PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a hallway, kitchen, water supply room or the like, i.e., a local small area, with a structure which can readily cope with a trouble and at a low running cost. SOLUTION: A floor heating panel is constituted by arranging therein a container 3c which is furnished with a latent heat-storing material, a sheet-like electric heater 3e for heating the latent heat-storing material, a glass wool 3i interposed between the heater 3e and the floor panel and hard urethane foam 3h. A floor heating device comprises the floor heating panel and a solar cell 1 for supplying direct-current power being connected to the heater. The floor heating panel has such an arrangement in which the heater 3e is located on a bottom plate of the floor panel (floor plate panel 3j) through the glass wool 3i and the hard urethane foam 3h, and the container 3c is bonded on the sheet-like heater 3e through an aluminum both-sided adhesive tape 3f. The upper surface of the container 3c is brought into contact with a floor panel foundation 3b which blocks the upper surface of the floor panel. |
