PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the current flowing a friction adhesion setting element and the manipulate signal value from exceeding each prescribed limiting value by setting an integration part or the manipulate signal at the prescribed value with which a normal current level is secured within the said setting element. SOLUTION: The value showing the control deviationΔis supplied to a controller 12 contained in a microcomputer 10 from a comparison stage 14. The deviationΔis decided through the comparison that is carried out at the stage 14 between the target value SOLL and the actual value IST. The controller 12 itself produces at output signalτas the function of the deviationΔbased on a prescribed control algorithm including one integration part. The signalτoperates a setting element 28 to approximate the value IST to the value SOLL and sets a manipulate signal at a prescribed level where a normal current level is secured within the element 28.
