摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform inspection and adjustment easily by a simple operational processing. SOLUTION: Y coordinate values giving maximum inclination of an illuminance curve on a plane cutting a luminous intensity distribution curve in an inspection area A set in the vicinity of an elbow point along a plurality of vertical lines X1,..., Xn are measured and the mean value thereof is determined as a first detecting point A'. A horizontal lineαpassing that point A' is plotted on a preset inspection coordinate and X, Y coordinate values giving maximum inclination of an illuminance curve on a plane in an inspection area B set above the horizontal lineαalong a plurality of vertical lines X1',..., Xm' are measured and the mean values thereof are determined for X and Y components from the coordinate values. The mean value coordinates are plotted, as second detection point B', on the inspection coordinate and the intersection of the angle lineβof specified inclination passing that point B' and the horizontal lineαis specified as an elbow point EP.
