PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent engagement of a locking member with an adjusting bolt from being placed in an incomplete condition, by engaging/disengaging the adjusting bolt by the locking member, operating its action by an operating lever, and energizing it so as to be selectively positioned in an engaging position and a separating position by an energizing member. SOLUTION: In case of supporting an equipment at a prescribed angle, an operating lever 50 is turned to move a locking member 30 through a link piece 40 toward an adjusting bolt 20. When this operation turns the operating lever 50 to a position beyond a neutral point, the operating lever 50 is further turned toward the forward in a turning direction by energizing force of an energizing member 51, and the locking member 30, abutting to the adjusting bolt 20 from a direction orthogonal to its axial line, is engaged with the adjusting bolt 20. Here by energizing force of the energizing member 51, the locking member 30 is made in adhesion to the adjusting bolt 20, to restrict its vertical movement. The equipment is mounted in a set up surface in this condition, but a tilt angle of the equipment is held at an angle matched with a protruding amount of the adjusting bolt 20.
