PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreader for spreading covering materials on a flat surface or a sloped surface artificially formed without swinging or shaking the equipment itself capable of spreading the covering materials in duplicate on the slope or flat surface. SOLUTION: This equipment for spreading covering materials on sloped or flat surfaces is equipped with a frame 20, a first belt wheel 22 supported, driven and rotated in a rotatable manner by the frame, a second belt wheel 24 supported in an oscillating manner around an axis line parallel to the rotating axis line of the first belt wheel 22 in a rotatable manner through supporting means 42, and a ring-shaped endless belt 26 receiving a supply of covering materials engaged to both the first and second belt wheels. Thus, the covering materials are released from the endless belt 26 to the air under the oscillation of the second belt vehicle 24 accompanied with the operation of the main equipment and its releasing angle is changed continuously.
