PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control signal generating device with a simple structure which is low in cost. SOLUTION: This device is electrically hydraulically controlled and has a crankshaft. In this case, an engine is controlled in at least injection and gas exchange thereof by a hydraulic system which includes a standby controller 30, which is operated by an electrical signal control unit 9. The hydraulic system for injection and gas exchange is operated by an electric signal. A device 40 includes multiple limiting elements 42a, 42b, 42c which are placed so as to rotate simultaneously with operation of the crankshaft. This system is provided with sensors 43 related to the limiting elements 42a, 42b, 42c, and the sensors 43 operate together with the limiting elements 42a, 42b, 42c such that sensors 43 send signals at predetermined angle positions of the related limiting elements 42a, 42b, 42c. An electrical control signal for operating the engine is generated by these signals. |
