PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for generating a guidance voice and a recording medium having a guidance voice generation program recorded therein in which the desire to learn of a learner can be increased by outputting a guidance voice full of expression and proper to the learner according to the teaching material content or the advancing state of the learner. SOLUTION: A guidance voice generation system generates a guidance pattern 311 in a guidance pattern generation part 310 on the basis of the teaching material information inferred from teaching material knowledge 200 and learner information 120 by teaching strategy knowledge 110, composes a guidance voice template 320 to this guidance pattern 311 by a guidance voice generation part 340 to generate a guidance voice, and outputs the guidance voice with a voice full of expression according to the understanding state or advancing state of the learner in a rhythmical pattern stored in a metrical data base(DB) 341.
