摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven wear owing to a partial contact, by making it possible that a valve element obtains a sufficient torque from a fluid. SOLUTION: At the shaft 82a of a valve element 82, a spill passage 82f of a fuel from an inner spill space 84 (a flowing-in position) to a spill connection recess 86a (a flowing-out position) is formed. A wall surface 82g, of the wall surfaces of a wall part 82d facing to the spill passage 82f, is opposed in the inclined condition to the inner spill space 84 side. To this wall surface 82g, a fuel flowing in from the inner spill space 84 side strikes, and it is led to be a flow along the spiral form of spill passage 82f. In this leading time, a force the wall surface 82g receives from the fuel is made into a torque to rotate the full body of the valve element 82 around the axial line in a through hole 80a, shown in an arrow mark C, and a torque opposing to the friction between an armature 90 and a spring, and the like, can be obtained.
