PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prepare a progress plan of a training course including a single training unit and to monitor it by creating the progress plan for executing the training course in a computer, according to a time period which a trainee desires to spend for the training course and a time period required for the training, and monitoring whether or not the trainee has completed the single training unit by a time specified by the progress plan. SOLUTION: A time period, which a trainee 3 desires to spend for a training course and a time period necessary for executing a training unit of the training course are specified (S2, 4). A progress plan is automatically made by a computer (S5). Then a 1st training unit of the training course becomes available for use (S6). When the 1st training unit has been completed by a time specified by the progress plan (S7), it is inspected whether or not the trainee 3 has made use of all the training units of this training course (S8). When it is not completed yet (S7) and this has occurred two or more times (S9), a corresponding notice should be sent to the trainee 3 (S10). |
