PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire a printed result in which the same image is printed and outputted alternately on different kinds of recording media in color and monochrome, to reduce printing cost and to shorten the time taken until finishing printing by refraining needless color printing from being executed. SOLUTION: When an OHP midway insertion mode is set, a CPU 12 controls so that an OHP sheet and a plain paper are supplied alternately supplied, and a color image is formed on the OHP sheet, based on color image information inputted from a host computer 3000. Then, it controls so that the same image as the image formed on the OHP sheet is formed on the plain paper in monochrome. |
