PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suspend a belt-shaped flat plate in the completed fixed state by using a T-shaped locking tool in order to suspend the belt-shaped flat plate. SOLUTION: The width of one end (A) of a longitudinal thin belt-shaped flat plate 1 is increased, and a T-shaped locking tool (D) provided on the other end and for fixing an object in order to suspend it is provided on the widened part. Two elongated holes a-1, a-2 through which the belt-shaped flat plate is to be inserted from its T-shaped part are laterally formed at a distance, the T-shaped locking tool (D) is inserted into the holes, and the belt-shaped flat plate is partially formed into a ring shape. A projecting locking tool (C) for fixing the belt-shaped flat plate to be formed into a ring shape to an object is provided beyond the elongated hole, and holes (b) on which the projecting locking tool is to be hooked is provided on the belt-shaped flat plate. Therefore, a hook commonly used as a suspending belt copes with the period, the weight, the purpose and the situation of the object to be suspended, and the object can be fixed in the suspended state.
