PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by preventing a forcible defrosting operation of a cooler from being performed idly. SOLUTION: A defrosting period T is set to a normal defrosting periodΔTR in the state that a switching chamber is set in a mode except a deep freezing chamber mode (step A3), and the period T is set to an extension defrosting periodΔTF (>ΔTR) in the state that the switching chamber is set to a deep freezing chamber mode (step A3). In the case f elapsing a time corresponding to the period T (any ofΔTR,ΔTF) from the time point of starting the previous defrosting operation, when a forcible defrosting operation of a cooler for the freezing chamber is conducted three times at the time point of the lapse, both a defrosting heater of the cooler for a cold storage chamber and a defrosting heater of the cooler for the freezing chamber are energized to start the defrosting of both the cooler for the storage chamber and the cooler for the freezing chamber (step A16). When the forcible defrosting operations of the cooler for the freezing chamber are conducted less than three times, only the defrosting heater for the cooler for the freezing chamber is conducted, and the defrosting of the cooler for the freezing chamber is started (step A9).
