PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an operation pressure ratio range by providing a surface treatment layer of conformability to a lap part of a fixed scroll except for sheet faces of a fixed scroll end plate outer circumferential part to be the sheet faces of both members fixing the fixed scroll to the frame side. SOLUTION: A fixed scroll 5 is provided with a discharge port 10 opened to the central part and a suction port 16 opened to the outer circumferential part and a circulating scroll 6 is constituted by being sandwiched between the end plate face of the fixed scroll 5 and a pedestal face of a frame 7 with a prescribed axial clearanceδC2 formed between them. A surface treatment layer of conformability is provided on the surface of the fixed scroll 5 except for a sheet face 5s of a fixed scroll end plate outer circumferential part 5p to be sheet faces 5s, 7c of the both members fixing the fixed scroll 5 to the frame 7 side so that the surface pressure ratio range can be increased and usability can largely be improved.
