PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply install, to facilitate an operation, cleaning, an inspection and maintenance and to improve safety by inserting a one-piece molding made of glass ceramics having an inner main flat surface having a cooking zone and a protruding surrounding outer periphery in the same height into a cutout of a base plate. SOLUTION: A one-piece molding 1 made of glass ceramics is used as a cooking surface of a cooking unit in a cutout 2 of a base plate 3. That is, the molding 1 has an inner main flat surface 5 having four cooking zones, and a protruding surrounding outer periphery 6 higher than a level of the flat surface. The molding 1 is flatly inserted into the cutout 2 of the plate 3 (flush or substantially in the same height). A control zone 7 having an infrared touch panel and a display zone 8 having a 7-segment display unit or a bar graph display are provided on a protruding front outer periphery 6a of the molding at one side of the surface of the molding 1. |
