PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input image processor to prevent deviation of a finger to indicate direction from a viewing angle, capable of exactly detecting an indicated direction and motion, adaptable to a display to reflect a different direction as well and recognizable an object which is actually indicated. SOLUTION: The input image processor is provided with a half mirror 101 an image pickup part 102 to pick up an image which is reflected by the half mirror 101, a pointing position detecting part 103 to detect a pointing position, a pointing object recognizing part 104 to recognize the object at the detected position, an object information storage part 106 to store object information, an object information retrieving part 105 to retrieve the object information which is stored in the object information storage part 106 and a display 107 to display a retrieval result of the object information retrieving part 105.
