PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization equipment having little problem of deforming, corrosion, pitting or the like by burning exhaust gas and lowering exhaust gas temperature. SOLUTION: This carbonization equipment has a carbonizing clamber 5 having an input port 3 for a waste 13 and an output port 4 for the processed product, a first heating chamber 7 formed surrounding the carbonizing chamber 5 and heating the chamber 5, a combustion equipment (second burner) 9 burning the unburnt gas generated in the carbonizing chamber 5 and an exhaust vent 10 exhausting the burnt gas, a second heating chamber 12 connecting the carbonizing chamber 5 with a gas rising pipe 8 and a exhaust tube 23 connecting the exhaust vent 10 of the second heating chamber 12, and has a exhaust chamber 15 between the exhaust vent 10 of the second heating chamber 12 and the exhaust tube 23.
