PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum-alloy-made link capable of increasing the strength of a weld and decreased in a strength drop which welding causes to the vicinity of the weld. SOLUTION: This link 1, having a rod 2 formed out of an extruded shape of Al-Mg-Si system aluminum alloy and a pair of almost H-shaped joints 10 welded to a flat part 8 provided in both ends in a lengthwise direction of the rod 2 to be formed similarly by an aluminum alloy, interposes each flat part 8 of the rod 2 in a recessed part 15 between a pair of flanges 14 provided to protrude in each joint 10, and welds the rod 2 and each joint 10 by a welding bead (a weld) W provided along the lengthwise direction of the rod 2, between both side edges of the flat part 8 in an interposition part and an inner side surface of each flange 14. Since the weld W is formed in parallel to the lengthwise direction of the rod 2 and in each flat part by each four part, the link can sufficiently resist against tensile force and compressive force applied to the link 1.
