PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To faciliate connection of a heat insulating panel with a sash by effectively utilizing fitting of the heat insulating panel through projecting and recessed parts to connect the panel and the sash so as to heighten workability and heighten the connecting strength. SOLUTION: This sash for a heat insulating panel is so constructed that a fitting projecting part 4 thinner than a panel is formed on one side edge of the panel, a fitting recessed part 5 is formed on the other side edge thereof, and the fitting projecting part 4 and the fitting recessed part 5 are fitted to each other. A projecting locking part 11 for locking the fitting projecting part 4 of the panel and a recessed locking part 12 for locking the fitting recessed part 5 of the panel are formed on the sash main body 9 fitted to the edge of an opeing part 10 of a structure.
