PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of a building, and the safety of a cleaning work by easily cleaning a gutter in which the refuse such as fallen leaves and dust are deposited with rainwater, and which is installed in a high position without any danger. SOLUTION: An expandable rod 12 is employed so that a cleaning tool can reach even a high position by feeding compressed air by an air compressor 1. An operation valve 8, a throttle valve 9 and a nozzle 10 are fitted to the rod. The refuse deposited in a gutter is removed by ejecting the compressed air from the nozzle 10 provided on a tip of the expandable rod 12. A mirror 11 is provided to check the condition of the refuse before and after cleaning the gutter. Thus, the gutter located on a lower position to a higher position can be easily and surely cleaned in this constitution.
