PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable good controlling of fuel injection quantity by exactly grasping evaporation performance of fuel responsive to a driving state after stating an engine. SOLUTION: A basic injection quantity setting means 101 sets a base injection quantity TB(n) which should achieve an air/fuel ratio A/F suitable for the aspiration quantity Q(n) of an engine, and a direct transport rate setting means 103 sets a direct transport rateαof fuel directly transported to a combustion chamber. When a direct transport quantity calculating means 105 calculates a direct transport quantity Tα(n) by the base injection quantity TB(n) and the direct transport rateα, a rate correcting means 104 corrects the direct transport rateαaccording to a lapse of time after starting the engine.
