PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the inexpensive display device which can have a display panel securely fixed through easy assembling operation by pressing-in operation when fixed to a holder. SOLUTION: The display device 10 is equipped with the display panel 11, an elastic body 12 which protects the display panel 11, and a holder 13 which holds those display panel 11 and elastic body 12, and the elastic body 12 built on the display panel 11 is freely fixed to the holder 13 by being pressed in. Namely, the holder 13 is provided with projection parts 13d and the elastic body 12 is pressed in and freely fixed to each projection part 13d.
