PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit capable of being quickly and easily manufactured while maintaining appropriate strength and rigidity in accordance with the increase of the number of stories. SOLUTION: A building unit 2 is constituted by mounting a reinforcing panel 10 consisting of a frame body 20 and a facing 30 between upper beams 7 and lower beams 8. Since work fixing the facing 30 to the frame body 20 can be only connected with screw or the like along a joint place with the frame body 20 of the facing 30, reinforcing work of the building unit 6 is quickly and easily executed. Accordingly, the building unit 2 mounting the reinforcing panel 10 thereto can be quickly and easily manufactured.
