PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an adhesive which is suitable as a fixing measure of parts capable of mass production without making the parts larger, and an electronic which therewith. SOLUTION: This adhesive is an epoxy adhesive whose main material 3 contains at least one kind selected from bisphenols A and F, and a curing agent 5 is an amine derivative having a melting point of not lower than 80 deg.C, but lower than 180 deg.C, and its content is not less than its reaction equivalent, but within reaction equivalent plus 20 wt.% of the main material, and its mean particle diameter is not greater than 50μm. An aerosil powder is added and dispersed in an amount of 0.5-5.0% in the main material. The adhesive is used to fix the terminal sheet and the coil core of an electric watch equipped with a coil having the soft magnetic coil core, a wire coiled to the coil core, and the terminal sheet to connect the coil.
