PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supplying structure to a pinion shaft, which is easily attached and capable of surely supplying lubricating oil to a bearing. SOLUTION: In an oil catch plate 24 attached to a carrier 18 for holding a pinion shaft 22, a plurality of elastic attaching leg portions 24a are formed in an outer peripheral side so as to be fitted and fixed in the outer periphery of the carrier 18 by one operation and, in the inner peripheral side of each of the attaching leg portions 24a, a bent projection 25 is formed projectingly on the full periphery so as to surround the outer side of an oil hole 22a formed in the pinion shaft 22 in a fitted-in state and guide the lubricating oil to the oil hole 22a.
