PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput in a desired wavelength band and emitlable light in different wavelength bands, by narrowing the light wavelength band, in a light irradiating device compared with a conventional monochromatic LED with the concurrent use of an optical filter. SOLUTION: This light irradiating device 20 comprises a light source consisting of a white LED 21 emitting white light, a microprism 22 as a spectroscopic means for dispersing the white light in dispersing (Y1) direction, and a slit 23a for the passage of only the dispersed light in a desired wavelength band, of all the dispersed light dispersed by the spectroscopic means. And, the light in different wavelength bands is emitted by moving the slit 23a in the dispersion direction Y1, or the wavelength band width is differed by varying the slit width. |
