PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive size reduction and reduction of capacity of a power source in response to three kinds of power sources - a battery, an external DC power source and an external AC power source. SOLUTION: A heater control part 10 for controlling a pump 4 of a heater 2, an ignition transformer 6 and a fan motor 8, an internal power source circuit 14 for supplying a direct current from a built-in battery, an external power source circuit 16 for outputting a direct current by an external DC source and an external AC source to a heater control part after regulating its voltage to a set voltage, a voltage set switching circuit 18 for switching the set voltage to a heater operation set voltage and a heater stop set voltage by a heater operation set signal and a current set switching circuit 20 for switching an ignition transformer operation current and an ignition transformer stop set current by an ignition transformer operation set signal are provided. An input voltage judgment circuit 22 which makes an input to the heater control part by bypassing the external power source when voltage of the external DC source does not exceed a set voltage and makes an input to the external power source circuit so as to make an adjustment to a set voltage when the voltage exceeds the set voltage is provided.
