PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive resin soln. which can prevent residual colors and environmental pollution caused by chromium being a heavy metal by incorporating a diazo photosensitive agent or bisazide photosensitive agent and a polymer compd. prepared by polymn. of hydroxyethylacrylate as the main component to be mixed with the photosensitive agent. SOLUTION: This photosensitive resin soln. for a phosphor slurry of a color cathode-ray tube contains a diazo photosensitive agent or bisazide photosensitive agent and a polymer compd. prepared by polymn. of hydroxyethylacrylate as the main component to be mixed with the photosensitive agent. The photosensitive resin soln. having the structure above described shows improved adhesion strength by using the diazo photosensitive agent or bisazide photosensitive agent and the polymer to be suitably mixed with, and thereby, green, blue and red phosphor films can be uniformly formed without residual colors. By using the photosensitive agent containing no heavy metal and the polymer suitable for the agent, environmental pollution can be avoided. |
