PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible liquid crystal display panel in which the stripping of a polarizing plate or the like are not generated by the warpage of the polarizing plate and whose display quality is not degraded even under the environment of high temps. and high humidity although the device is a flexible liquid crystal display device and to provide an input-output device in which the display panel is used and to provide the manufactuing method of the display panel. SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal display panel 1 which is provided with a liquid crystal display element 2 to be constituted by holding liquid crystal by one pair of substrates having flexibility and a polarizing plate 3 to be arranged at least at the surface side of the liquid crystal display element 2, the panel 1 is constituted by arranging the polarizing plate 3 in a laminated state at the surface side of the display element 2 with transparent cushioning materials 5 and by allowing surfaces of the plate to be integrally covered with the same material as that of the cushioning materials. |
