<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excess heat utilizing unit which can deal with only air conditioning or both air conditioning and hot water supply by switching one or both of condensation heat and engine exhaust heat freely and can deal with high temperature hot water supply, floor heating, and the like, through an extra firing function. SOLUTION: An excess heat utilizing unit comprises a boiler section 51 for extra firing the hot water in a hot water storage tank 50, a casing 52 surrounding a part of the boiler section 51 and the hot water storage tank 50, a passage 53 for circulating the hot water in the hot water storage tank 50, a refrigerant passage 55 for interconnecting a refrigerant inlet 4b from an engine driven compression air conditioner and a refrigerant outlet 4a to an air conditioner, a cooling water passage 56 for interconnecting an engine cooling water inlet 4d from the air conditioner and an engine cooling water outlet 4c to the air conditioner, a condensation heat exchanger 41a for heating hot water in the circulation passage with condensation heat of refrigerant in the refrigerant passage, and an exhaust heat exchanger 41b for heating hot water in the circulation passage with exhaust heat of engine cooling water in the cooling water passage 56.</p> |
