<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of a driver IC by simultaneously forming a pixel matrix and its peripheral driver circuit by using a-SiTFTs or TFTs to be produced at comparatively low temperature similarly to the a-SiTFTs, to improve yield and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: In the electric equipment having an active matrix type display device forming plural pixels on a substrate, each pixel has a thin film transistor(TFT) having amorphous silicon and the display device is connected to an external driving circuit for driving respective pixels by a TAB system and allowed to display the operating method or operating state of the electric equipment.</p> |
