PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polybutadiene composition which is highly stable to heat degradation in the absence of oxygen and to oxidation degradation in the presence of oxygen by compounding polybutadiene with an acrylate-group-containing phenolic antioxidant and a phenolic antioxidant having no acrylate group. SOLUTION: Polybutadiene is compounded with an antioxidant represented by formula I and at least one antioxidant selected from among compounds represented by formulas II and III. In the formulas, R1 and R2 are each H or CH3; R3 and R4 are each 1-8C alkyl; n is 1-4; X is a heteroatom and/or an n-valent 1-8C alcohol residue optionally having a cyclic group; R5 and R6 are each H or a 1-18C alkyl group optionally having a heteroatom; m is 1-3; Y is an m-valent group; when m is 1, then Y is R5; when m is 2, then Y is S, O, or 1-4C alkylidene; and when m is 3, then Y is a 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene-2,4,6- trimethylene group. Preferably, the mol.wt. of the phenolic antioxidant having no acrylate group is 220 or higher.
