PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adherence of a sludge generated in a refrigerating cycle by grounding a capillary tube to prevent charging of a surface of a pipeline at a flowing potential in the tube as a high speed flow part. SOLUTION: A capillary tube 3 for constituting a refrigerating cycle is covered on its outer surface with a conductive heat insulator 31 made of a conductive urethane foam, and grounded to an external ground through an earth wire 32. A static electricity is generated as a flowing potential on a metal surface in the tube 3 in which a refrigerant circulating in the cycle becomes a high speed flow, an inner surface of a pipeline is charged to negative, a sludge of fine particles mixed in the refrigerant is charged to positive, and adhered to the surface of the pipeline. The surface of the pipeline of the tube 3 is prevented from being charged by the flowing potential by means of the grounding of the wire 32. Thus, the sludge is scarcely adhered to the inner surface of the pipeline.
