PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the thermal efficiency of a bath function at the downstream side by decreasing the upstream side length of short fins compared with the downstream side length of the same. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is provided with an upstream side circuit as well as a downstream side circuit, which are arranged along the flow direction of high-temperature gas to heat different fluids respectively, and a plurality of heat transfer fins 15, consisting of long fins 16 as well as short fins 17 and through which both circuits are penetrated, while the configuration of the short fins 17 between the upstream side circuit and the tip end of the fins is formed so that the upstream side length of the short fins is shorter than the downstream side length of the same. According to this constitution, upon using a bath individually, the amount of heat transfer to the upstream side hot-water supplying tubes 21 is reduced and boiling can be prevented whereby the heat of the high- temperature gas is absorbed effectively by the downstream side bath tubes 22 and the thermal efficiency of a bath function is improved.
