PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reuse of a material by a desolving and to reduce a cost without previously carrying out a complicated separation work of a shoe body and a friction lining by metal-joining the friction lining made of a metal type sintered material to a surface of a shoe plate of an iron casting-bonded to the shoe body. SOLUTION: A brake shoe 1 is constituted, for example, by a half ring-like shoe body 2 made of an Al alloy; a circular shoe plate 3 made of an iron and a casting-bonded to an outer periphery thereof; and a friction lining made of a metal type sintered material and metal-bonded to an outer periphery thereof. A diffusion bond and a brazing are used for a metal-joining of the shoe plate 3 and the friction lining and the shoe body 2 and the friction lining 4 are strongly adhered through the shoe plate 3. At this time, since a synthetic resin is not quite used for a constitution element of the brake shoe 1 and a joint portion, a whole of the brake shoe 1 is heated as such to separate the shoe body 2, the shoe plate 3 and the friction lining 4.
