A pile foundation structure has a footing 18 arranged on a side of a head of a pile 12 in the underground 11. A protrusive supporting portion 13 has a flat top surface disposed on the head of pile 12 so as to produce above an upper surface of the underground 11. A recessed binding portion 19 has a flat top surface disposed on a bottom portion of footing 18 separated from pile 12 so as to correspond to protrusive supporting portion 13 and is greater than the corresponding protrusive supporting portion 13. A sliding member 22 is interposed between the flat top surfaces of protrusive supporting portion 13 and recessed binding portion 19 thereby building a roller bearing structure for making it possible to relatively slidingly move the binding portion of the head of pile 12 in a horizontal direction. In another embodiment the supporting surfaces are spherical to thereby build a pin bearing structure using integrated metal parts.
