PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart the same properties as the properties possessed by a primer composition constituting a film-forming polymer of a urethane thermoplastic elastomer and prevent the deterioration of heat resistance of a base material by constituting a film-forming polymer which forms a primer layer between an organic glass and a silicone cured film wholly or mainly of an ester thermoplastic elastomer. SOLUTION: The primer composition is a composition for forming a primer layer having a thickness of 0.1-10 μm between an organic glass and a silicone cured film (a hard coat film). The primer composition constitutes a film-forming polymer wholly or mainly of an ester thermoplastic elastomer and preferably includes fine metal oxide particles as a component for controlling a refractive index. The polyester thermoplastic elastomer has preferably a molar ratio of hard segments to soft segments of 30/70-90/10 and preferably exhibits the properties of a surface hardness (a shore D hardness) of 35-70 and a flexural modulus of 40-800 MPa. |
