摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent galling to be generated in inserting or pressfitting by forming insertion guide surfaces inclined down toward the side surface on one side or both sides of an outer race outside diameter surface and the inner race inside diameter surface of a bearing. SOLUTION: An outside diameter surface 1a of an outer race 1 is circumferentially provided, insertion guide surfaces 3 are circumferentially provided on the side surfaces 1b so as to be in a downward inclined shape, an inside diameter surface 2a of the inner race 2 is circumferentially continuously provided, and the insertion guide surfaces 3 are circumferentially provided on the side surfaces 2b so as to be in a downward inclined shape. The insertion guide surfaces 3 may be formed on either the inner race of the outer race or on both of them. The inclinations α, β of the insertion guide surfaces 3 are respectively set in the range of 5 deg. to 25 deg.. The widths of the insertion guide surface 3 are the widths formed on both sides by leaving the outside diameter surface 1a and the inside diameter surface 2a which are slightly wider than the grooves 1d, 2d of the outer race inside diameter surface 1c and the inner race outside diameter surface 2c, on the central part. Therefore, when the inner race 2 is incorporated in a shaft and the outer race 1 is incorporated in a housing, galling is not generated by guide of the shaft and the housing to the insertion guide surface 3 surfaces 3, and inserting and pressing-in performance can be improved.
