PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a negative ion into specific space while suppressing the speed of an air current by providing the specific space where an object is arranged and a wall surface is grounded, and a negative ion generator that generates the negative ion and sends it into the specific space. SOLUTION: At the temperature and relative humidity of a temperature/humidity adjustment room 4 of a refrigerating machine 1, the wind velocity of air containing a negative ion being discharged via an outlet 14 by a fan is adjusted while the amount of wind from the refrigerating machine 1 is being considered so that a specified speed of an air current is set for an object 3 to be sterilized. Since an external wall 5, the refrigerating machine 1, and a negative ion generator 2 are insulated, and a voltage is applied to an attraction member 10, the extent of the negative ion in the temperature/humidity adjustment room 4 in an electromagnetic field is extended by allowing the negative ion to flow from the outlet of the negative ion generator 2 to the attraction member 10 via the outlet 14, thus uniformly distributing the concentration of the negative ion between the negative ion generator 2 and the attraction member 10. |
