PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waste of heat given/received, by reusing seawater used as a heat exchanging thermal medium in a gasifying device for gasifying low temperature liquefied gas, as cooling water for various equipment, in an oceanic plant provided with the gasifying device for gasifying low temperature liquefied gas. SOLUTION: A cooler 8, air conditioner condenser 11, dewing fresh water generator 14, etc., are arranged in parallel in the downstream of a gasifying device 5, and a flow passage is connected so as to guide seawater 2, used as a heat exchanging thermal medium for gasifying low temperature liquefied gas in the gasifying device 5, as cooling water to the cooler 8, air conditioner condenser 11, and the dewing fresh water generator 14. The seawater 2 used as the heat exchanging medium in the gasifying device 5 and lowered in temperature is again used as cooling water for the cooler 8, air conditioner condenser 11, and the dewing fresh water generator 14. In this way, waste of heat given/ received can be markedly reduced by operating efficient cooling respectively in the cooler 8, air conditioner condenser 11, and the dewing fresh water generator 14.
