PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely collect a drain fluid, and prevent a microbiological pollution, by arranging in a lower part of a double seal valve a drain fluid scatter preventing device provided with an almost shade-shaped main unit having an opening part diametrically spread in one side and a closing member for partially closing the opening part of this shade-shaped main unit. SOLUTION: When a double seal valve 1 provided with a valve mechanism partitioning the inside of two pipes 20, 30 is fully closed, each pipe 20, 30 is double sealed respectively by a main shaft seal part 60 and a sub-shaft seal part 80. When this valve 1 is operated in an open side by a cylinder 4, a main shaft 6 is moved to the upward, a sub-shaft 8 and the main shaft 6 are placed in adhesion by a disk set 80b, and then the valve 1 is fully opened. Here, a drain fluid scatter preventing device 70 provided with an almost shade-shaped main unit 71 having an opening part diametrically spread in one side and a closing member partially closing this opening part is fixed to a lower part of the valve 1, to collect a drain fluid.
