PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs for a washer and to improve its usability by employing a switch valve for the washer, which is adapted to make switching between a lower pressure pipe line and a high pressure pipe line according to the switching of a flow rate. SOLUTION: A switch valve V is provided to switch a pipe line according to the change of a flow rate for fluids such as washing water or the like supplied from a supply device A through a single supply pipe line 37 to a washer W1. The switch valve V is constructed in such a manner that when a supply flow rate is smaller than a set value, a valve mechanism functions to open a low pressure pipe line exit while a high pressure pipe line exit is closed, and injection is performed from a low pressure nozzle such as a rinse arch 43 by a low pressure pipe line 45. The switch valve V is also constructed in such a manner that when a supply flow rate is larger than the set value, the valve mechanism functions in reverse fashion to open the high pressure pipe line exit, and washing water or the like is injected from a high pressure top nozzle 41 or a high pressure side nozzle 42 by a high pressure pipe line 44.
